Terms of Service

All memorials are custom-made to order based on your specifications. Because each memorial is personalized with your chosen inscription and design, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Product images on our website are representative of the general appearance of our memorials. Because granite is a natural material, slight variations in color, veining, and grain pattern are normal and expected. These natural variations are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Before engraving begins, we will send you a digital proof of your memorial for approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for accuracy, including spelling, dates, and design layout.

Once you approve the digital proof, we begin production. We cannot make changes after production has started. If there is an error in the finished memorial that matches your approved proof, it is not considered a defect and is not covered by our guarantee.

If the finished memorial does not match the approved proof due to our error, we will correct or replace the memorial at no cost to you.

We ship to all 50 United States via UPS Ground. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for inspecting your memorial upon delivery. If there is visible shipping damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for details on shipping damage claims.
