Reviews & Accreditation
SilkStone Memorial Reviews and Accreditation
Buying a headstone online from a company you have not heard of is a reasonable thing to be careful about. This page sets out what you can check about SilkStone Memorial for yourself, without taking our word for it.
BBB Accredited Business
SilkStone Memorial LLC has been a BBB Accredited Business since October 2026. Our Better Business Bureau profile is public: you can read it, see any customer reviews or complaints, and leave a review of your own.
Accreditation means SilkStone has agreed to follow the BBB Standards for Trust. BBB does not endorse any company's products, including ours.
Customer Reviews
SilkStone is a newer company, and our public review record is still small. We would rather tell you that than show you hand-picked testimonials. Our BBB profile is the independent place to read what customers say, and anyone can leave a review there.
How We Earn Your Trust
A digital proof before anything is engraved
We send you a digital proof of your design before any engraving begins. Revisions are unlimited, and nothing is cut into the stone until you approve it.
A written refund rule
If we cannot reach a design you are happy to approve, tell us within 60 days of ordering and we will refund your payment in full, including any custom design fee. Once you approve your proof we begin sandblasting, and your marker is permanently engraved to your specifications. From that point the order is final: we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.
Shipping damage replaced free
Every marker ships fully insured. Shipping damage is replaced free when reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Check Any Headstone Seller
These apply to us and to anyone else you are considering.
- 1
Look the company up on the BBB
Search its legal name at bbb.org. See whether it is accredited, how long its file has been open, and how it has responded to any complaints.
- 2
Call the phone number
A real business answers, or calls you back. If a seller lists no phone number at all, be careful.
- 3
Ask to see a proof before engraving
Engraving cannot be undone. A seller should show you exactly what will be cut and wait for your approval before starting.
- 4
Read the refund policy before you pay
It should be written down and say plainly what happens before engraving begins and what happens after.
