Shipping Policy

Shipping is free, always

Delivery is included in the price shown on every memorial. There are no shipping charges, surcharges or add-on fees at checkout, and no minimum order. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Where we deliver

We ship to all 48 contiguous US states and Washington DC. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or any other US territory, or outside the United States.

You can have your memorial delivered to your home, directly to the cemetery, or to a monument installer of your choice. Tell us which you prefer when you order.

How long it takes

Standard production is 4-8 weeks from the day you approve your digital proof. That window covers the production queue and the engraving itself. Shipping is on top of it.

Rush production is available for an additional $349 and moves your stone to the front of the queue, cutting engraving to 2 weeks. Shipping time is on top of that.

How it ships

Every memorial travels via insured UPS Ground in a custom wooden crate with foam padding. A 28x16x3in marker weighs about 150 lbs crated, so please arrange for two people to receive it.

Shipping time is on top of production and depends on where you are. UPS Ground is typically 5 to 8 business days from California, but that is their timetable rather than ours and we have seen it take longer, so we do not promise a delivery date. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your stone leaves the workshop.

If your stone arrives damaged

Note the damage on the delivery receipt if you can, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We replace a stone damaged in transit at our expense. Reporting within that window is what allows us to file the insurance claim, and a later report may not be eligible.
